TC Harrison Group Ltd is one of the UK’s leading privately owned JCB Distributors, where people are the main contributors to our success.

We are currently seeking out a new Service Administrator to join our team based at our JCB Dealership in Sedgefield.


The ideal candidate will have 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English. Good communication and computer skills and will help towards the smooth running of the service office through good administration. As a Service Administrator you will be working in a busy office environment and reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for retail and Internal Invoicing to enable Depot targets to be met.


• Inputting of daily engineers time cards and logging all hours.

• You will look at all outstanding Work In Progress with an aim of keeping it under 30 days.

• Assisting with all aspects of the service office.


Whilst plant industry or motor trade background is desirable, a candidate with a suitable attitude and the desire to perform as part of a professional team will be considered. An organised and thorough approach to administrative duties would be an advantage as would a willingness to learn all aspects of the Service Administration process and a flexible approach to your work.
